INDIVIDUAL MATCH TICKETS
Please scroll down for Season Ticket purchasing. Tickets to individual men’s and women’s team matches can be purchased at the Ticket Office at Civic Park starting one hour prior to kickoff.
Season ticket holders can also pick up their season tickets, if they have not yet done so, at Will Call before any home game.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns:
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Product must be returned in store-bought condition and accompanied by original receipt or order number. Returns without receipt will be given store credit.
What cannot be returned?
Customized apparel with player name, number, or initials.
Apparel or equipment that has been washed or worn.
Used or worn footwear (*unless inspected & determined defective).
Defective Product:
Defective items may be returned for full store credit or comparable product for up to 30 days from purchase. Beyond 30 days partial credit may be considered or information will be provided to contact manufacturer directly (Direct Kick Soccer is not responsible for any decision of manufacturer to accept or reject defective item).
Product will not be accepted as defective under the following conditions as determined by Direct Kick Soccer:
Product showing evidence of excessive wear, alteration of product, and/or misuse of product. Natural wear is NOT considered a defect.
Issues concerning product size, comfort, fit, and/or style [or any other element that does not directly affect the integrity of product].
All non-defective products that have been used, worn, or washed will NOT be accepted as returnable. NO exchanges or store credit will be issued for said product. Please try on all footwear with socks [and shin guards, if applicable] to determine correct size and fit on a clean surface at home. DO NOT wear footwear outside or at indoor soccer facilities until size and fit are confirmed. This process will allow you to return product for alternate sizes if necessary with minimal difficulties.
Sale Items:
All sale items marked as SALE, CLEARANCE or CLOSEOUT are final.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that folding chairs are not permitted this year as the berm on the west side is not accessible due to the construction of the permanent grandstand.
Outside alcohol and beverages are also not allowed. Water/water bottles can be brought in. No weapons. Service dogs only.
